Hollywood Remembers Late Talk Show Host

(Hollywood, CA) — Flowers are being laid upon Larry King’s Walk of Fame star in the 66-hundred block of Hollywood Boulevard. The longtime radio and TV talk show host died this morning at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles at the age of 87. An official cause of death was not disclosed. However — King was hospitalized last month after contracting the coronavirus and spent time in Cedar-Sinai’s intensive care unit. The Brooklyn native born Lawrence Zeiger found his greatest fame as the host of CNN’s “Larry King Live.” He also hosted a long-running radio talk program on the Mutual Broadcasting System.

(Los Angeles, CA) — SAG-AFTRA is mourning the death of Larry King. The longtime radio and TV talk show host was a member of the entertainment union for over 50 years. President Gabrielle Carteris said  “From heads of state to the most popular entertainers, Larry King interviewed them all. His distinctive voice will be sorely missed.” The Brooklyn native born Lawrence Zeiger died this morning at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles at the age of 87.
