Stocks Rise To Cap Strongest Week Since November

(New York, NY) — Wall Street is closing out its strongest week since November. Stocks rallied as investors shrugged off a weaker than expected jobs report to focus on the likelihood of another massive round of federal stimulus. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 92 points to 31-148. The S&P 500 gained 15 points to close at a record 38-86. And the Nasdaq added 78 points to finish at a record 13-856.

All three major indexes logged their best week in more than two months. The Dow gained nearly four percent for the week. The S&P 500 and tech-heavy Nasdaq both hit fresh closing highs. The S&P gained four-point-seven percent for the week while the Nasdaq jumped six percent.
