(Atlanta, GA) — Delta Air Lines’ C-E-O does not support requiring passengers on domestic flights to be tested for COVID-19. Ed Bastian is one many travel-industry executives to speak out against a government proposal which would require travelers to test negative for the virus before flying. He told CNN that it is a “horrible idea” that will delay the industry’s financial recovery. The C-E-O cited the uptick in canceled international flights after announcing mandatory testing.
