(Sacramento, CA) — Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg is blasting the masked marauders who attacked his house over the weekend, calling it an act of “anarchy.” The mayor says the violent assault was not a protest, noting the attackers threw rocks at his door and shouted his kids’ names over and over. The incident was captured on social media where the attackers demanded that Steinberg quit his job or resign, over concerns about the homelessness. Dozens of police officers arrived on the scene, but no one was arrested. The mayor’s office is calling it “terrorism.”
