(Los Angeles, CA) — Kim Kardashian is filing to divorce Kanye West after seven years of marriage. TMZ cites sources as saying the divorce is as amicable as it can be. Kardashian is asking for joint legal custody of the couple’s four children and says they will act as co-parents. The celebrity couple have struggled in the public eye since West announced he was running for President in the summer. TMZ says there was a prenuptial agreement and neither party is contesting it.
