(Los Angeles, CA) — Los Angeles’ six city-run coronavirus vaccination sites will stay closed for one more day. Mayor Eric Garcetti says the shipments totaling 63-thousand doses that were stranded in the cold weather back east last week have finally shipped, and the vaccination sites can reopen tomorrow. People who had appointments postponed by the closures on Friday and Saturday will be prioritized first this week, and should expect to be notified about rescheduling sometime today. Those in need of their second dose will also be prioritized in the coming weeks due to the limited supply.
