Gene Simmons Leaving California For Quieter Life
Gene Simmons is calling it quits in California after 35 years. The Kiss rocker told the New York Post he’s leaving Los Angeles for a quieter life in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Simmons said he’s not going to miss fires and earthquakes at all. Of course, he’s also glad to leave California tax rates behind, noting Nevada has no state income tax. Simmons put his Beverly Hills mansion on the market last year and has recently relisted it at 25 million dollars.
