Border Surge Grows
(Washington, DC) — The surge along the southern border is growing. Customs and border officials say they encountered more than 170-thousand illegal immigrants in March, a roughly 71-percent increase over February numbers. That includes nearly 19-thousand unaccompanied migrant children from Central American countries. Nearly 104-thousand illegal immigrants were expelled in March, but the Biden administration is not expelling the unaccompanied migrant children. Vice President Kamala Harris has been tapped to oversee this issue- but has yet to visit the border to observe the problems.
