(Huntington Beach, CA) — Multiple people are in custody after a gathering near Huntington Beach’s famous pier on Sunday. About 50 counter-protesters came out to demonstrate against the so-called White Lives Matter rally that was scheduled Sunday afternoon. According to Huntington Beach Police, one counter-protester was taken into custody for using amplified sound. A second man was also taken into custody but it is unclear why.
