(Monrovia, CA) — Those who are fully vaccinated can now roam the aisles of Trader Joe’s maskless if they wish. The specialty supermarket is updating its mask policy to align with new guidance from the CDC. The agency now says fully vaccinated people can lose the mask both outdoors and indoors, for the most part. A spokesperson for TJ’s says they won’t require or ask customers to prove they’ve been vaccinated. Employees will still don face coverings in-store for the time being though.

(Bentonville, AR) — Walmart is dropping its mask requirement for customers who are fully vaccinated from COVID-19. The retail giant said the change takes effect today. A company memo advises vaccinated employees they can stop wearing masks as of Tuesday. Walmart noted the CDC’s new guidance issued this week.
