Americans’ Personal Income, Spending Rise More Than Expected

(Washington, DC) — Americans’ personal income surprisingly rose in June, and they spent more than analysts expected. Income was up one tenth of a percent last month and spending rose one-percent. Analysts had forecast a three-tenths percent decline in income and only a half-percent pick up in spending.
