Dr. Fauci Talks Booster Shots, Defends Testimony To Congress

(Washington, DC) — Dr. Anthony Fauci says while he thinks it’s probably a good idea to stick with the same brand of vaccine when it comes to booster shots, mixing and matching is also effective.
Speaking on ABC’s This Week, the chief White House medical adviser said it really comes down to what’s available and the overall health condition of the person getting vaccinated. Fauci said the data looks like kids five to eleven should be eligible to get vaccinated against COVID-19 next month. Fauci also defended his recent testimony before Congress when he told lawmakers that COVID-19 could not have been created in the lab. Fauci said it would be impossible for the research that was being done to turn into the deadly virus.
