(Washington, DC) — It looks like Alec Baldwin is in more legal trouble. The actor is being sued by the family of one of the 13 service members killed in Kabul last year. He allegedly gave money to the family of late Marine Rylee McCollum and then later accused his sister of being a January 6th rioter. He allegedly started private messaging the sister, where she claimed she had already been cleared by the FBI. The suit alleges Baldwin then publicly slammed McCollum’s family for his roughly two-and-a-half-million followers. McCollum’s sisters and widow are seeking over 25-million in damages over accusations of defamation, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress.
