(Los Angeles, CA) — Americans are set to place wagers on the Super Bowl and the mayors of the two teams competing are getting involved as well. Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti has a two part bet with his counterpart from Cincinnati, Aftab Pureval . The loser must wear the winning team’s jersey at a news conference. The other part of the bet is the winning city will donate to the children’s hospital in the losing city. Garcetti explained he was impacted by Kansas City Chiefs fans donating to the children’s hospital in Buffalo after the Chiefs shocked the Bills with their comeback a few weeks ago.
