Russia to amp up “Psy Ops” against Ukraine

(Ukraine) — Russia is launching a psychological warfare operation against Ukraine with the goal of creating “communication problems.” That’s according to Ukraine’s Defense Minister. He said Russian forces are masterminding a “large-scale information and psychological operation” against Ukraine. The purpose is to “break the resistance of Ukrainians and the Ukrainian army with lies.” He says Russia plans to falsify reports that Ukraine’s military and political leadership have agreed to surrender. However, he says “this is a lie,” adding “there will be no surrender! Only victory.”
