The comedy club has changed its marquee to read “Laugh Factory supports First Amendment rights for all comedians. Your comedy community loves & supports you Chris.” During the awards ceremony, Smith slapped Rock after the comedian made a joke about Smith’s wife, Jada. On Monday, the actor took to Instagram and apologized to Rock saying his behavior was “unacceptable and inexcusable.”
