(San Diego, CA) — A new report shows some of California’s biggest cities are among the highest rental markets in the nation. A new report from real estate company Zumper says the average rent for a one bedroom apartment in San Francisco is 29-hundred a month, making it the second most expensive rental market in the nation. San Diego is the fifth most expensive at 24-hundred a month, followed by San Jose at 23-hundred and Los Angeles at 22-hundred. Oakland is the ninth most expensive at just over two grand, but New York comes out on top at 34-hundred a month.
