(Napa Co., CA) — House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband is facing DUI charges. According to TMZ, Paul Pelosi was arrested just before midnight Saturday in Napa County. He was reportedly booked into jail on counts of driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 [[ point-oh-eight ]] or higher. No other details were provided and it’s unclear if he immediately posted the five-thousand-dollar bail. Nancy Pelosi also has yet to comment on her husband’s arrest.
