Simi Valley Progressive Man Faces Federal Indictment In Plot to Kill Supreme Court Justice

(Greenbelt, MD) — The California man accused of plotting to kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh is under federal indictment in Maryland. A grand jury returned an indictment charging Nicholas John Roske with attempting to assassinate a Justice of the United States. Authorities say the Simi Valley man was armed with a gun and knife when he arrested last week near Kavanaugh’s Maryland home. Roske reportedly told investigators he planned to kill Kavanaugh and then himself. The 26-year-old faces up to life in prison if convicted.
