(Undated) — Iowa Republican Senator Chuck Grassley is slamming President Biden for his energy policies. Grassley says gas prices would be lower if more focus was on domestic resources.
Gas prices are down from their recent all-time high but are still up over 50% percent since last year. Biden continues to claim without evidence that Russia is the primary reason for the current inflation issues in the U.S. at the latest G-7 Summit. But Grassley believes high energy prices are a direct correlation of rising food costs and other goods. Despite the high prices, 42-million Americans are set to travel by car to enjoy the 4th of July.
