(Washington, DC) — California Governor Gavin Newsom is keeping up with his criticisms of Republican policies during a visit to the nation’s capital . While receiving an award for investing billions of your tax dollars into the California education system, he admitted that he not only failed to fix, but that the homeless problems got worse with wasting of billions of tax dollars.

Newsom’s words: “I’ll be honest, if, if I was watching this and I just hear politicians talking about more, more, more, more I mean you’ve been hearing that from folks like me for a decade and we’ve been spending record amounts of money and people are looking and saying its worse than ever.” Listen here:

The Democrat slammed Republican-led states, saying without evidence that education is under attack. Newsom again took aim with more baseless, fraudulent attacks at Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, a potential Republican presidential candidate, for signing laws which ban or limit speech in schools on critical race theory, sexual orientation and gender identity. The governor’s visit to DC is furthering speculation of a potential presidential run, which Newsom is predictably denying.
