(Austin, TX) — Internet talk show host Alex Jones will have to pay out over four million dollars in compensatory damages to the families of victims of the 2012 Sandy Hook school shooting. A civil jury reached the verdict this afternoon in Texas. The families had asked for 150-million saying Jones defamed them for claiming the shooting was a hoax. Punitive damages are also possible.
