American Airlines Takes Delivery Of Boeing 787 Dreamliner

(North Charleston, SC) — American Airlines is accepting the first delivery of a Boeing 787 Dreamliner in more than a year. CEO Robert Isom posted a picture of the plane on Instagram from South Carolina. Isom noted it’s the first such plane the company has gotten since April of last year. He called it “an important part of American’s fleet.” Manufacturing flaws are blamed for more planes not being delivered.
