Navy Rescinds COVID-19 Vaccine Order For SEALs

(San Diego, CA) — An order that punishes Navy SEALs who are unvaccinated against COVID-19 due to their religious beliefs has been quietly rescinded. It’s called “Trident Order number 12” which disqualifies SEALs who seek a religious exemption from being deployed. Attorney Mike Berry with First Liberty, the group that represents the SEALs, says the order was lifted early this summer, but some Navy commanders are still trying to enforce it. He accuses the Navy of continuing to harass and intimidate SEALS who have chosen not to become vaccinated for religious reasons.
