Remember OPEC? They’re back considering cutting oil production.

(Vienna) — Some of the world’s largest oil producers are reportedly considering cutting oil output by over a million barrels a day. The OPEC Plus meeting will take place Wednesday in Vienna, and delegates tell Bloomberg that the group is considering a production cut. The report says the cut would be in response to a slowdown in the global economy and rapidly tightening monetary policy, but that a final decision on the size of the cuts won’t be made until the OPEC ministers meet.
