(Los Angeles, CA) — The court battle over actress Anne Heche’s estate is coming. Both want to become executors and take control, but in a probate hearing yesterday, a judge determined Heche’s 20-year-old son Homer Laffoon will remain administrator of the estate. The decision comes despite a petition by James Tupper who is the father of Heche’s 13-year-old son, Atlas. Tupper and Lafoon are scheduled to be back in court at the end of November. Heche died in a fiery car accident in August and didn’t leave a written will or trust regarding her estate.
