(Undated) — More than 13-point-eight million Americans in 44 states have cast early ballots ahead of the November 8th midterm elections. As of Thursday, Florida voters have cast the most early ballots with one-point-nine million already voting. California, Georgia, and Texas also have seen more than a million early ballots cast. Some Florida counties began early in-person voting this week and all counties are required to start by Saturday.
