Republicans Lead Democrats On Generic Congressional Ballot

(Washington, DC) — Republicans are leading Democrats in a generic congressional ballot as election day is just one week away. A Wall Street Journal poll found that 46 percent of voters would vote for a GOP candidate versus 44 percent who would vote for a Democratic one, While that lead is within the margin of error, it’s an improvement for Republicans since August when Democrats led by three points.
