In a statement, the lawyer for Joey Arcidiacono says that fans throw drinks to people in parades all the time. And this, he says, was not political violence. The attorney asked for grace, and hopes that Cruz could not seek charges. The 33-year old was given a 40-thousand dollar bond and has been ordered to wear an ankle monitor.
