Los Angeles Officials Recommend Masking
(Los Angeles, CA) – Los Angeles County health officials are saying face masks are again strongly recommended after COVID-19 infection rates rose sharply. On Thursday, L-A’s seven-day average of daily new COVID infections jumped to 100 per 100-thousand residents. It was 86 a week earlier and 65 the week before that. However, masks are not currently required in most settings.
