CHP Boosts Operations To Stop DUI’s

(Sacramento, CA) — The California Highway Patrol will have all hands-on deck for its maximum enforcement period that started Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. They’ll intensify operations across the state for five days this week and all available officers will be on duty. They’ll be looking for dangerous, drunk, and high drivers, drivers who are speeding and occupants not wearing seatbelts. The maximum enforcement period runs through Sunday just before midnight.
