(San Diego, CA) — Southwest Airlines is facing a class-action lawsuit filed on behalf of two San Diego County residents. Carla Hill and Cameron Youssef say they bought tickets for flights that were canceled during the airline’s meltdown during the holidays. The suit claims Southwest sold the tickets while knowing the flights would not happen. The two residents also want Southwest to publicly admit it knew its operations would collapse.
