If Hunter Biden paid $49/k per month in Delaware, what could he get here? Turns out, that’s really a lot of money.

Hunter Biden’s claim that he paid his dad nearly 50-thousand-dollars in monthly rent for the home Joe Biden owned on Barley Mill Rd., in Wilmington, Delaware is by many accounts “pricey” especially for that zip code. A home for rent on that same street; same zip code 19807, on the Website “realtor-dot-com” shows a 4-bedroom, 4-and-a-half-bath 5-thousand-square-foot home renting for $4,500 per month. However, a $50,000-a-month rental home is not uncommon in places like Beverly Hills. Westside-rentals-dot-com lists 17 homes for rent in the 90201 zip code for $55,000 and higher, with the top monthly rent going for $100,000 dollars for a 5-bedroom 7-bath home. In La Jolla, one of the priciest real estate areas in the state too has several homes renting for $30,000 or more with the highest price on “Zillow-dot-com” renting a house with seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms for $90,000 a month. Hunter Biden paying nearly a half-million dollars a year for rent in Beverly Hills or La Jolla seems about right, but that much in Wilmington, Delaware, seems more out of the ordinary.
