(Los Angeles, CA) — A blizzard warning is being issued in Los Angeles for the first time in 30 years. The National Weather Service issued the warning for Friday and Saturday. Snowfall isn’t expected to accumulate in major cities, but areas on the outskirts could see light accumulation. High winds could also blow dust and snow, which could limit visibility in higher elevations. This comes as over 55 million people across the country are under some type of winter weather alert.
