(New York, NY) — New rules could be coming to the NFL next season. The league’s competition commitee has announced numerous potential changes. They include the ball being put at the 25 yard line when a touchback happens during a punt. Tripping would also become a personal foul penalty. Twenty-four owners, or at least 75-percent of them, must approve the changes in order for them to be implemented.
