The $500,000,000.00, So-Called “Dream for All” Program On Your Tax Dollar.

The 500-million-dollar Dream for All program – is aimed at making it easier for low-and-middle-income residence to buy their first home. Those who qualify – would get 20-percent of the home’s value for a down payment. When home is sold or transferred – the loan has to be paid back along with a portion of the home’s appreciated value. So someone else can then buy a home. Well, demand was so high, the state ran out of money in just 11 days.  The program is in the state budget – and a state budget is funded by tax dollars so taxpayers are funding this program.
