(Indio, CA) — The Coachella music festival is facing a big fine. The City of Indio is slapping its signature event with a 117-thousand-dollar fine. They say the massive festival violated curfew rules last weekend. Concerts kept going more than 20 minutes after the mandatory cut off time of midnight. That happened on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday, Frank Ocean’s headlining performance started an hour late and was cut short.
