The U.S. Coast Guard intercepted a boat near Malibu resulting in the detention of nearly two dozen people attempting to enter the country illegally. The vessel was commandeered on Monday and according to Coast Guard officials, 23 undocumented non-citizens were onboard. No injuries were reported.
