While many may think Los Angeles tops the list, it comes in second behind New York.
The new study by FINN, which is a monthly car subscription service, looked at how much time and money is spent driving to work. It factored in gas prices, car insurance and parking.
San Francisco took the seventh spot while Oakland comes in tenth.
