Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and a delegation of city leaders are officially working closely with officials in Paris to gain some hosting insight.  Bass signed a cooperation agreement on a visit to Paris over the weekend with the suburb that’s home to the newly inaugurated Olympic and Paralympic Athlete Village for this summer’s games.

Leaders from both cities met as they prepare to host the next two Summer Olympic Games.  Bass brought along city council members Paul Krekorian, Traci Park and Katy Yaroslavsky.  The three council members are on the Ad Hoc Committee for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

They hit as many Olympic destinations in Paris as possible, studying deeper into top issues involving the homeless, transportation, and infrastructure, while making everything happen on budget and on time.
