Police are on the hunt for a homeless man who attacked a six-year-old girl in Santa Monica. The man is accused of punching the girl in the face as she left an ice cream shop with her family, causing her to fall to the ground.
Witnesses say Sunday’s attack was completely unprovoked. The man is facing child abuse and assault charges. The girl is recovering at home.
