A judge in Los Angeles deals a blow to Hunter Biden’s legal team. Attorneys for the President’s son argued that tax charges against him were politically motivated, but the judge said he hadn’t seen any evidence to support that claim.
Biden did not attend the hearing. He is accused of failing to pay at least one-point-four million dollars in federal taxes from 2016 to 2019. He faces three felony charges and six misdemeanors that could result in a 17-year prison sentence.
