A woman is suing Disneyland Resort after a cast member dressed as Goofy allegedly fell on her. According to the lawsuit, Katrina Griffin was at Disney California Adventure in 2022 when she bent over to tie her daughter’s shoes. A cast member dressed as Goofy allegedly walked into her, causing Griffin to fall onto the “hard cement.”
The lawsuit claims the cast member fell onto Griffin and caused “severe, traumatic, debilitating, and permanent injuries.” Griffin is also suing the person who was wearing the Goofy costume and another cast member.
