At least 900 protesters have been arrested at university campuses across the country since demonstrations against the Israel-Hamas war started around a week and a half ago.

This week Virginia Tech was the scene of the most recent arrests as police removed protesters from an encampment.

Five days after 93 pro-Palestinian protestors were arrested on the campus of the University of Southern California, demonstrators brought their message directly to the school president’s home.. Grad students, union workers, community members, and others assembled early Monday morning outside the Santa Monica home of USC President Carol Folt.

Texas police are back at the University of Texas at Austin campus today, forcibly removing protesters in a chaotic scene.  The school says the protesters will not be allowed to set up any camps.

Meanwhile, protesters at Columbia University remain on campus after a 2 p.m. Eastern deadline to disband came and went.  The New York university set the deadline with the threat of suspension through next school year.
