Hunter Biden’s tax trial is being pushed to September. His defense requested the move from the June start and the judge agreed.
The charges allege that Biden did not pay at least one-point-four-million in taxes over four years while living an “extravagant lifestyle.” Meanwhile, the Feds plan to use his infamous laptop as evidence against him at his upcoming gun trial in Delaware.
Special counsel David Weiss made that known in court filing Wednesday. Biden has pleaded not guilty to lying about his drug use in 2018 in order to buy a gun.
