A judge is allowing an antisemitism lawsuit against UC Berkeley to go forward. The lawsuit from the Louis D. Brandeis Center and Jewish Americans for Fairness in Education accuses the university of inaction over harassment of Jewish students. It also accuses Berkeley of being “deliberately indifferent” to a hostile environment toward Jewish students. The judge did dismiss one claim involving contracts with legal academics.
