A masked group of individuals has been seen handing out riot gear to protesters in Los Angeles. FOX 11 recorded a video of the group giving out riot shields and gas masks near federal buildings on Monday. The masks being handed out had the name “bionic shield” on them. Police didn’t intervene and wouldn’t say if the matter was under investigation.
