The California Assembly has released a proposed map of the new Congressional Districts voters could decide on if approved by the legislature next week. Five California Republicans are targeted by the plan including Representative Kevin Kiley, who says this goes against what voters is the state said they want.
State lawmakers will return today and will have until the end of the week to finalize and approve the proposed map.
