A San Ramon jewelry shop that was the scene of a wild smash-and-grab robbery will reopen. The owners of Heller Jewelers say they will reopen this weekend, just days after the brazen robbery took place. Surveillance video shows roughly two dozen suspects, some armed with guns, breaking into the business this past Monday and violently ransacking the store. They were able to get away with more than a million dollars in merchandise. Several of the suspects have been tracked down and arrested, but some remain on the loose.
