Over a hundred-thousand people are without electricity after a power outage in San Francisco. Roughly 130-thousand Pacific Gas and Electric customers were without power at last check. Traffic lights are out in the affected areas and city officials say they should be treated as four-way stop signs to avoid accidents. Crews are working to restore electricity to the areas impacted. There are reports that a fire at a PG&E substation may have contributed to the blackout.
